Delete Your Account

Instructions to request the deletion of your account from applications published by CIERICORP on the App Store and Google Play.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before proceeding.

Sanetrix Users

If you are a Sanetrix user, you can delete your account directly through the app or web platform:

  1. Log in to your Sanetrix account.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
  3. Select Account.
  4. Scroll to Danger Zone.
  5. Click Delete My Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion by entering your password.

Other Apps Published by CIERICORP

For any other application published by CIERICORP on the App Store or Google Play, you may request account deletion by emailing:

support@ciericorp.com

Please include:

  • The name of the app.
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A brief statement requesting account deletion.

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email when complete.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and credentials.
  • Personal data associated with your account.
  • App-specific data and preferences.

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained after account deletion where required by law:

  • Clinical / health records: If the app processes health data, applicable regulations may require retention for a minimum period (e.g., 5 years for medical records in some jurisdictions).
  • Billing records: Transaction records may be retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
  • Audit logs: Security logs may be retained for compliance purposes.

Retained data is kept in anonymised or pseudonymised form where possible and is not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.

Cancel Subscriptions First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. To avoid charges:

Apple App Store:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name > Subscriptions.
  3. Find the app subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.

Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Find the app subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
