3. Nature of Our Business

CIERICORP is a software development company. We provide the following services under contract with third-party clients:

• Custom software design and development (web, mobile, desktop).
• Cloud infrastructure architecture and management.
• Publication of client applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play through our registered developer accounts.
• Ongoing technical maintenance and support for products we develop.

The intellectual property of each product belongs to the respective client unless otherwise agreed. CIERICORP acts as a development partner and app store publisher, not as the owner or operator of the products they publish.

4. Website Use

By accessing ciericorp.com, you agree to:

• Use the website for lawful purposes only.
• Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the website.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the website content without our permission.

CIERICORP publishes applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play on behalf of clients. By publishing these apps:

• CIERICORP does not become the owner or operator of these products.
• The business relationship with end users of these products is between the end user and the product owner.
• Customer support, data processing, billing, and legal responsibility for each product are governed by the product owner's policies.
• CIERICORP may provide technical support services on behalf of the product owner as part of its development contract.

7. Healthcare Applications

Some applications published by CIERICORP may relate to health or medical services. CIERICORP is a software development company, not a healthcare provider. CIERICORP:

• Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Does not have access to or control over health data processed by client products unless specifically contracted to do so as a data processor.
• Builds software according to industry standards (HIPAA, GDPR, HL7 FHIR) but does not independently verify the clinical accuracy of content entered by users of these products.

8. Limitation of Liability

CIERICORP provides the ciericorp.com website "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on information presented on this website or in our portfolio.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.
